I tried to pay you, but something is wrong with the online
payment server. When I tried to send the description and amount, I received an error
message.
Usually, the problem is caused by some of the following reasons:
Your browser is set to not accept cookies. Enable cookies in this case.
Sometimes customers encounter difficulties because they are ordering from a network where the system has security controls that lockout the secure order processing system.
Ordering from AOL e-mail addresses causes occasional problems.
There could be a problem between the customer and his bank. Customer may be over limit on his credit card. He should check with the bank and determine the problem and work to get the card freed in order to place an order.
Sometimes customer is not able to proceed further from our payment page and finish transaction, which seems to be caused by traffic jam on the net. This happens mostly with European customers. If you encounter problems with proceeding of payment, try to repeat it late in the evening or early in the morning.
If your payment was declined for some reason, please do not repeat it sooner than 24 hours after the last trial. The system will not accept multiple orders of the same amount to the same card within a 24 hour period. This is part of the security system to keep a persons card from getting accidentally / fraudulently charged.
